This filter is located underneath the Mopit in the water line. This filter rarely goes bad. If your filter housing is leaking, then you most likely just need the Mopit 3 fresh water filter gasket that is also listed in the parts tab of the website. The Mopit 3 filter is the filter on the left in the photo. This filter comes complete with the gasket.
